Our client, owner and operator of three restaurants for several years, has ambitions to franchise his model. He approached us to completely rethink the concept, the brand, the design concept of the typical restaurant, the customer experience to be delivered, and finally, to co-create his positioning. An exciting adventure that led us to collaborate with, among others, a renowned chef, Gilles Choukroun, who developed all the recipes for the dishes.
